  • Open MS Outlook in your system
  • Choose the Outlook PST file to move mailbox items.
  • Now, from the File section click on ‘Archive’
  • Choose the checkbox ‘Archive this folder and all sub-folders’.
  • After choosing the folder you need to move, you will see other option as well i.e. ‘Archive items older than’, choose the date from the calendar.
  • By using an option of browse, select the location and name of PST file. After that, click OK.
  • The new file has been made at desired location.
